Avoid over-brushing your hair. The follicles in your hair are stimulated by brushing, which encourages growth. However, excessive brushing can harm your hair, leading to frizz and split ends.

Wash your brushes and combs once a week with soap or shampoo to keep them clean.

Reduce styling damage by wearing your hair in a natural style. Your hair won’t be severely harmed by style on its own, but styling frequently throughout the week puts a significant load on it.

Include sprouts in your everyday diet. Eat them frequently since they are high in iron, potassium, fiber, and vitamin E.

Hair requires protein, therefore consume foods high in protein, such as eggs.
